Warranties

All watches purchased from an authorized Ole Mathiesen partner comes with an International Ole Mathiesen warranty card and leaflet with user manual.

Your Ole Mathiesen watch is warranted against all material and manufacturing defects for two years after the date of purchase. Thereafter, the repair will be subject to a service charge. In order to benefit from this International Ole Mathiesen guarantee, you will be required to present the Ole Mathiesen warrenty card stating item number, date of purchase signed by an authorised Ole Mathiesen partner.

Should your Ole Mathiesen watch require repair, please bring the watch (along with a valid warranty card and/or purchase receipt) to an authorised Ole Mathiesen Service Centre. A list of authorised service centres is available at https://olemathiesen.com/pages/store-locator 

The International Ole Mathiesen Guarantee does not apply to:

• Watch straps, bracelets, sapphire crystal or batteries

• Surface finishes and coatings, including gold plating and DLC (diamond like carbon)
 
• Signs of normal wear and tear, including scratches, colour changes or material deterioration

• Damage caused by improper handling, negligence or misuse

• Damage caused by incorrect operation of the crown and/or pushers in or under water

• Defects arising from modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised persons

• Defects resulting from any modifications or alterations performed by persons unauthorised by Ole Mathiesen
