Returns & Exchange

The product most be in perfect condition when returning. This means that you can try on the product, just as you would do at a store. If the product has been tested beyond the above, we consider the product to be used, which means that upon return of the product, you will only receive a part or nothing of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the product. For example, a watch bracelet must not be shortened. In order to get a full refund you must only do what you would do at a physical store. You may try on the product but not actually start using it. We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.

If you exercise your right of cancellation we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery cost which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer, without undue delay. The refund will happen no later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement. Your refund will automatically be processed and the total price of the items will be transferred back to the card that made the purchase. It takes a few business days for the refund to go through, however, for international credit cards, this process can be prolonged.
